It's kind of funny really. As my budget is low, I use Dreamhost - they offer huge bandwidth at incredibly low prices. The downside is their servers seem to go down more often than more expensive solutions. Uptime is still more than 99 percent in my experience, so it's not a deal killer - it's a price I'm willing to pay for the bandwidth. And in my experience the service is good - you pay for what they get - they seem to be sincerely trying to do thir best while taking as little money as possible. Anyway, my fear was "what if the servers go down on the day the game is released!" Well, December 15th was the target date, and guess what, three of my four sites are down. But it doesn't matter too much since the game won't be uploaded today, and the Dreamhost servers are usually back up in a day. In the last two years this has happened to my sites maybe three times, for an average of a day or less each time (hence more than 99 percent uptime). Anyway, I just thought it was funny that today was the day.
