The game is 99.9% ready to upload, I think. Unfortunately we had a power cut for 11 hours (I live in a rural area and power cuts are common in the winter), but that gave me a chance to wrap some Christmas presents instead. Now the power's back on I'm making the demo (and also going to a nativity play and spending 3 hours at my day job, plus travel time. Busy busy busy!)
